1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your email address, name, and the property address you want visualized. If you pay by card, Stripe collects your payment details on their secure servers - we never see or store your card number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to understand how the product is performing.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process your order, render your 3D scene, and deliver your media kit. We send transactional emails - order confirmations, delivery notifications, and receipts - to the address you provide. We may contact you about your specific order if we have a question. We use aggregated usage data internally to improve the product; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. TerraViz3D only stores your order amount and payment status - never your card number, CVV, or banking details. You can review how Stripe handles your payment data at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Cookies & Authentication
We use cookies solely to maintain your login session via Supabase Auth. These are functional, first-party cookies required for the app to work - without them you would be logged out on every page load. We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. If you clear your cookies, you will simply need to log in again.
5. Third-Party Services
TerraViz3D is built on several third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policies: Google (Maps API, Photorealistic 3D Tiles, and optional OAuth sign-in), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (video and asset delivery), and Resend (transactional email). Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for them to perform their function.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Order records - including property address, purchased tier, and delivery status - are retained for standard business and tax record-keeping purposes. Hosted 3D scenes are kept online for a minimum of 6 months from delivery, consistent with our Terms of Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to request that we correct or delete it. If you are located in Canada, these rights are supported under PIPEDA. To make a data access or deletion request, email us at support@terraviz3d.com and we will respond within 30 days.
